As system size and complexity increase, effective recovery becomes increasingly dependent on manufacturer-specific parts, specialised tooling, and OEM-controlled support pathways.

In these environments, MTTR is best achieved by supporting vendors and integrators who control those resources. GWT aligns its delivery model accordingly — ensuring the fastest, safest, and most reliable outcome for live, mission-critical systems.
