Capacity-Based Support ProReports™ Partner With Us Contact

GWT Trading offers structured service contracts for critical infrastructure, delivered by Critical Environment Technicians (CETs) and aligned to our capacity-based support model.

Our contracts are designed around uptime and response capability — recognising that in critical environments, the ability to respond at the moment of failure is often more important than the frequency of scheduled maintenance.

Two Levels of Support

GWT offers two primary contract types, each structured to balance preventative care with response capability.

Basic Maintenance

Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing for critical infrastructure assets.

Includes:
  • Scheduled preventative maintenance visits
  • Visual inspections and functional checks
  • Filter replacements and minor consumables
  • Basic battery testing and verification
  • Service reporting via ProReports™
  • Asset register maintenance
Best For:

Sites with existing response capability or lower criticality requirements, seeking professional maintenance and documentation.

Comprehensive Maintenance

Full lifecycle support with SLA-backed response and MTTR commitments.

Includes Everything in Basic, Plus:
  • SLA-backed on-site response times
  • MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) commitments
  • 24/7 monitoring and alarm response (where applicable)
  • Predictive maintenance for monitored sites
  • Priority fault response and escalation
  • Comprehensive battery testing and trending
  • Spare parts management (where applicable)
  • Monthly asset overview reporting
Best For:

Mission-critical sites requiring guaranteed response capability, uptime protection, and proactive lifecycle management.

SLA & MTTR Focus

GWT Trading's comprehensive contracts are built around measurable response commitments, not just maintenance schedules.

SLA (Service Level Agreement) defines the commitment to arrive on-site within a specified timeframe following a service request or alarm.

MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) measures the average time to restore a system to operational status following a failure.

These metrics are tracked, reported, and reviewed to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
